Had surgery on 22 January 2022. It went well. I’m progressing satisfactorily. I’ve had the first follow-up with him and due for the second one very shortly. He is a kind person who has answered any questions I have asked him and I have confidence in the surgery he has done on my knee. (He also carried out the arthroscopy on the knee in 2016 after my injury, which allowed me to funcrtion normally, until recently.) I thank him sincerely.
Had my final follow-up yesterday. Knee replacement was a complete success. So my grateful thanks to Dr Alberto Elbo and to the NHS for giving me my life back. Normal service has been resumed! Many thanks.
Final follow up appointment on 31/1/23 . Absolutely no problems hardly a scar . This surgeon is a perfectionist and a very pleasant gentleman , goes out of his way to answer all your questions . Normal life has returned , walks every day pain free .
