Dr shanks is one of the many specialist Doctors I have seen over the past few years whilst trying to get to the bottom of the various complex symptoms and issues continue to experience and have yet to get diagnosis.
Dr shanks is the only doctor I feel that has taken my situation seriously, and , after witnessing a flare up whilst in her clinic for allergy testing, decided to refer me to a complex clinic in which doctors from various fields would together assess my symptoms in order to move forward.
Unfortunately, this was a few years ago, and a follow up appointment never happened as I seem to have been lost in paperwork somewhere along the line. My GP, whom has and continues to brush off my symptoms, was no help when I asked him to follow this up and arrange referal in order for my appointments with Dr shanks and the complex clinic to continue. After many attempts to contact, I eventually gave up.
Since then, my symptoms have intensified and additional complex issues arising through which I have yet to find an answer to. I feel like I am stuck in limbo with no one willing to investigate what is going on with me, with Dr shanks still being at the forefront of my mind . I have decided to try and reach out to her myself in the hope that she will intact remember me, and agree to take on my condition once more. Please keep your fingers crossed for me
