I met Dr Chandock at Good Hope Hospital on 2nd February. He immediately made me feel at ease with his excitement bed manner and humour. He made me feel involved by asking questions and providing detailed explanations that I easily understood. I was further impressed that he completed a post operative visit at the day ward again giving me a summary of the actions taken and future next steps. Very impressed with Dr Chandock and everyone at ward A, very attentive and professional. Also the receptionist carried my bags out when I got collected and once again very friendly.
