Dr Andrew Heppelston was my haematologist for many years at Ninewells hospital in Dundee over 20years ago, he was such an amazing, caring Dr and always went above and beyond, I was gutted when he left as there’s not many Drs with the same dedication he had, I would love to have contact with him again to let him know where I’m at these days.

If possible, i’d like to make contact with him. I was working as a phlebotomist at the time My name then was Gwen Walley. I have reverted to my family surname, Roberts. . I went on to return to nursing and worked as a Post Anaesthetic Senior Sister for a further 25 years. Retired now. Came back to the Northwest, High Peak District 6 years ago after living and working in Brighton, Goring by Sea and the Isle of Wight. Fondness wishesxx
Brilliant haematologist and all round lovely man, got me through a lot of tough times. If only he could have stayed at Ninewells, never met such a dedicated Consultant.
Dr Hepplestone was my doctor in Grimsby Diana princess of Wales Hospital he was excellent and helped me no end when I had a bone marrow biopsy I remember him with a great deal of respect a truely lovely man
