I saw this doctor for an appointment at Spire hospital, Manchester a few days ago. This is one of the worst experiences with a doctor I have ever had. I’m a 61 year old woman with unbearable knee pain, in agonising, chronic pain and I have never felt so belittled, intimidated and patronised before in my life. He is incredibly rude, ignorant and uncompassionate. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone.

He was dismissive of how I was feeling and wouldn’t give me any information that would reassure me. He shut me down when I was asking questions and refused to answer me at the end of my appointment.

Doctors should have a duty of care for patients but this doctor obviously doesn’t understand and appreciate this. He should be caring for patients but didn’t have any compassion when it came to my appointment and helping me.

I’m very grateful for the NHS and the doctors working there but this doctor is ruining the reputation.
