It was very much appreciated especially during this time of covid restrictions.
I have been highly impressed by Dr Castro Silva. After a brief but urgent outpatient’s procedure, performed by him at short notice to correct a sudden difficulty I had encountered, he not only fixed the problem but also began, immediately, a detailed investigation of the cause, including sending many issue samples for biopsy analysis. I received furthermore, not the usual brief oral consultation but a most detailed and comprehensive written report on all that he had done, found and arranged, which was issued to me, astonishingly, within half an hour after the operation, before I left the hospital. Two weeks later, he sent a further written report on the biopsies results, together with his detailed assessment, very accessible explanation, and ongoing advice.
I consider this an exceptionally high standard of professional care and support.
