Dr Manson always gets our appts right, even though these have all been on the telephone to date. She is very easy to talk with & a great listener. Her reaction to my news & feedback is always very reasonable & very well explained. I like that Dr Manson is proactive, ready to refer me on to another speciality ir for tests when appropriate, and always offers me options so that each referral feels like a joint decision. Same goes for agreeing my treatment plan. Thanks to Dr Manson, i feel much better informed about my health conditions, which helps me feel more confident about coping with these, generally.
