I have been a patient at your clinic in Basildon and Orsett for quite a few years and have always been impressed with the professionalism and kindness shown to me, sadly the last two visits have been completely the opposite, I feel I was treated with total indifference by your registrar , as if she wasn’t listening to what I was saying and it was just a formality she had to go through, I am in a lot of pain and when I tried to speak about it she said “oh well “ my appointment was on Wednesday 25 may at Basildon hospital , I am not impressed with her and would rather not see her again ,
