When I had chest pain, I had to go to the Accident & Emergency department at Royal London Hospital. I waited for hours before being attended to by any emergency physicians. Mr. Carl Hayward visited me after an 18-hour stay in the emergency room. I felt comfortable, and he informed me that there is potential for improvement. He met an experienced expert who radiated tranquilly, which in turn made me feel peaceful too. He came prepared to address all my inquiries as if he was already acquainted with my problem. I trusted him because he was honest. He exhibited his empathy and expertise. I was hospitalised for three nights, and he came to see me every day. He was amiable and a focused listener. The man was eloquent, and I was pleased to make his acquaintance. Initially hesitant, I felt serene and satisfied after undergoing his therapy during his visit. He is a remarkable surgeon. He is very qualified for this role. He is kind and easy to talk to, which made me feel like I was chatting with a friend rather than a professional advisor. I really esteem him and wish for his success in life as he deserves it.
