I find the page useful - Yes

A very poor experience at St James’ Hospital. This consultant has an over inflated sense-of-self, a dismissive, condescending approach, and a total inability to display empathy. Unable to recognise the value of a patient’s lived experience of their condition/symptoms. I would strongly recommend requesting a conversation with an alternative consultant when contacted by the booking team if you would like to feel listened to and understood.
