The woman that I am righting of is a woman who has completed a DoLS assessment which is false. Lacks capacity is disgusting. Weigh information about her mental health, risks, and the purpose of the DoLS. No woman, I do not agree with the DoLS unlike you and your writing. It needs to be gone. The amount written which is absolute false words, it’s unreal. I am writing a complaint about it and have rang to withdraw this ridiculous assessment. Do you have any idea what it is like to read through this at some place you never wanted to be? Left the last place for an inaccurate DoLs and now all of a sudden another written with fake information. I have requested to leave here fast. All I can say is open your eyes and wake up. Explain yourself. Who are you righting with? Is it false? Explain loud and clear. I want out.
