Dr Basu looking after my girl , she is very good Dr and helpful, whenever I called her to discuss about my child health she always respond me.
The worst day of my life was for my daughter to be put under this so called doctor. In 2010 my daughter was admitted to RPH, 12 years on, my daughter is now suffering due to her negligence. Blood tests that were taken and not addressed or looked at have now left my daughter with a serious blood condition which is now having to be addressed. This so called doctor kept saying it was in her head, she was faking it. All other professionals involved were convinced by her that she was faking it. We were informed that blood tests done in 2010 had seriously high platelets and iron deficiency at high levels. For us now dealing with a serious blood problem could and should have been dealt with by Dr Basu. If your child is under this person get a 2nd opinion because it is hard to deal with when your child is older.
