Saw Mr Fletcher for the second time today. Once again, he thoroughly put me at ease right from the start with his excellent ‘bedside’ manner.
Since seeing him for the first time, his diagnosis , which was explained carefully and in detail, and the treatment he suggested, helped my condition to the point where I don’t need further consultation.
Very impressed and very grateful.
