This doc has a very rude behaviour and has no manners to talk to his patients.
I agree with Mel.
Arrogant, rude, dismissive manner. Even Shushing me when I asked him questions. Wholly unlikeable person.
If this is the same surgeon that
works in the RBH Reading, This man saved my life!!.
I have the upmost respect for him and his team.
I will agree he is direct and will tell you how it is, but that’s how it should be, these people are very busy.
Trust me if this is the same surgeon, he is brilliant!!.
Mr Lucian Goian saved my life 3 weeks ago. He was professional and truthful at all times, explaining exactly the surgery process and purpose. He did an excellent job. After the operation he visited me daily sometimes twice; he’s kind, caring and highly admired at the RBH by his team and nurses. Thanks a lot Dr Goian.
Dr Lucian Goian took my gallbladder out almost 2 weeks ago. I was scared but he reassured me and did an amazing job on my incisions. I healed really well and am recovering quickly. Thank you so much. Perhaps the language barrier and cultural difference but he was kind and looked after me well.
As a couple of other reviews have mentioned, Mr. Goian saved my life too. What was supposed to be planned laparoscopic surgery, turned into full open emergency surgery.
He and his amazing team did a wonderful job of removing my cancerous tumour, half my insides and fashioning me an ileostomy. Even my scar is neat!
He does have a direct approach, but this actually helped, no matter how hard it is, the patient needs to put in the work on recovery too! I’ve had the opportunity to speak to previous members of his team, who valued working for him, first impressions are not always accurate. He grew on me, and I am very proud to be living with his handy work!
