A belated thank you Dr Spurr, you worked closely with our family and other services last autumn to give our elderly Dad his last wish, which was to get back home and sleep in his own bed, which he did. He died peacefullly a few days later.
We’ll be forever grateful as a family for arranging this & for your kind, caring and compassionate manner.
You spoke to him with such kindness and he felt you had really listened to his wish, and made it come true.
