Sorry to have to post this review,if it gets through to the right people, but i have to say,my Brother is under this doctor,but I don’t have any confidence with him to sort out my Brothers problem,with Schizophrenia Paranioa. If theae consultantants Rd more specialists in Deentia, how can thsy treat my Brother with his condition?? Very frustrated with the communication between the departments and how long it takes, from complaining about a patient’s situation , to get a result from it. A very unhappy carer,who wants answers please.?.?
Not confident in this Doctor sad to say
I was appalled by Dr Mirza’s attitude towards me and his lack of empathy towards my mum. He completely ignored everything I said and just put my mum in that generic box with everyone else. Every patient is an individual and should be treated as so and with respect. It was a catalogue of failures from day 1. My mum was there for 4 days before she was so heavily drugged, fell out of bed, broke her hip and never recovered. If you can avoid ward 6
Almost 12 months on, and this Docter is still not listening, which I find very ignorant and unprofessional. When a carer/family is told that they know the patient better than anyone,does not seem to be taken into account? I don’t seem to be the only carer that feels no Confidence in Dr Mirza from the previous review,and talking to other relatives that visit there relatives on Ward 7. Still an unhappy Carer
I was appalled by the attitude and unprofessionallism of Dr Mirza.
I had an appointment with him at the memory clinic and to say he was rude and dismissive is an understatement. His demeanour was also unprofessional (slouching in the chair) he refused to listen to my concerns and said I needed to go back to my gp and discharged me without even listening to myself or the concerns of my wife saying the low results of a cognitive test was due to my lack of ability to read and write. I am quite competent at reading and writing.
