After having spent time online i see this person is very well educated and respected however he treated me (ordinary member of public going through nhs) like i was not worthy to ask simple questions on very first consultation, i tried to discharge myself several times due to fear of him actually being the person who would be operating on me, i have lost my hair since the operation due to stress (only the treatment by the rest of the staff at the hospital assured me about the state of humanity), i didn’t really want to say anything but feel next time it will be better to die than be put through his care regarding the surgery (regardless it being a common surgery – i was not aware of this fact and still feel i was given no other choice where there possibly was a choice). Nationalism/arrogance don’t know but only pray i never have to deal with such again, i will do my bit and avoid coming forward in the first place, i just feel sorry for my wife and child.
