I have been a patient with Dr Jones 20 years. He was not necessarily the easiest or most approachable doctor to deal with at the start, but time has proven his merit. He is conscientious, caring and kindly, and progressive. His own spheres of learning have been evolving and ongoing. He has rejoiced with me at any spells of improvement, and on occasion expressed a very human frustration at some of the funding constraints on his clinical options, and I will be sad to see him go when he (finally) retires.
