If like to give this consultant neurologist the benefit of the doubt that she is just exceedingly busy being the Neuro consultant for Buckinghamshire Neuro Rehabilitation Unit in Amersham as well as handling outpatient appointments for those discharged within the trust in need of follow up care. However, based on my experience as one of the latter and based on a total lack of pro active contact with me and lack of response to my requests( admittedly passed via her personal secretary) for assistance, I can only rate Dr Trivedi as poor overall, but I can accept that there might be extenuating circumstances I am unaware of that has led to the situation described. Covid did disturb care but the lack of contact I describe has gone on well passed the period since restrictions applied, even allowing for backlogs.
If I could give half a star as a review I would. Having been referred to Dr Trivedi many months ago in 2022, I am wondering if they actually exist. So many appointments were cancelled by the hospital and when I eventually saw a doctor there in January it was someone else. Since then I have been trying to contact Dr Trivedi or anyone in the NeuroPhysio Dept, but have been unable to reach anyone there. Each time I ask the switchboard they put me though to the wrong department. It has gone beyond a joke.
